As the founding ux designer, my focus was on improving our end-to-end customer experience and aligning designs with brand identity. 

I partnered closely with the CEO, stakeholders in marketing, customer support, and engineers to decide on design direction, function improvements, and business strategy.

Designs were informed by competitive analysis,  quantitative and qualitative metrics, A/B testing, and moderated usability testing.

Success metrics were monitored after launch in 2020, and we saw an increased conversion rate, average order value, newsletter sign up, and decreased task time to purchase.
