MagicSchool AI, Chat Interactions
I worked on a few chat improvements aimed at the same idea: let people stay in control of how they read and interact, instead of the interface deciding for them. Content now has an overflow control instead of forcing readers to the bottom of a generation, and the view anchors to the top of the message so the prompt stays put. Similarly, when a teacher asks for a lesson plan, it now lands inline as a collapsed Studio doc card, not a content dump, instead of auto-opening a full editor they never asked for. Cards are cropped to a short preview with expand/collapse, and quick actions up top let teachers grab what they need without opening the editor at all.

MagicSchool AI, Worksheet Generator
I led the end to end design for our revamped Worksheet Generator tool. Research rooted this product experience in the reality of how teachers use worksheets and activities in the classroom, and how it fits into their workflows. Additions like templates, activities, and printing brings Worksheet Generator to the classroom in new ways.

MagicSchool AI, Agentic Tools in Raina
I led the design to add in agentic tool calling capabilities into Raina to help teachers seamlessly keep going in their creation workflow. Working in partnership with Product Manager and AI Engineers, this new experience reduces overwhelm by choice and helps teachers create quicker by being able to generate with some of MagicSchool’s 80+ Teacher Tools, right in Raina. With clear content from Raina that I wrote, users know exactly what Raina is doing, what to do, and what to expect.
